A band playing melodic metalcore, founded in 2000 in Orlando, being influenced by bands such as Metallica, Pantera, Iron Maiden and Megadeth. Who are they? Trivium, one of the rising stars in metal music. In few years they have established their position among the most famous metal bands. Since they signed a contract with Roadrunner Records and released “Ascendancy” in 2005, Trivium became known worldwide. Music magazine Kerrang! already named the band as “new Metallica”. Trivium will play here in Finland in December together with Arch Enemy (see my post of Arch Enemy), Machine Head and Dragonforce. Just guess who is going to bang his head in the audience
