Yes, he will be able to release on time, but he might have to release earlier in order to avoid financial losses. The point is that the one who has the master CD can redistribute Timo's music. By this Timo would loose some amount of income. I guess it is also important to show the world that the artist himself is the first one releasing the album. I'm also looking forward to buy this album. I'm interested to see if Timo is still able to make as great music as with Strato in late 90's and early 2000. According to the news it was the master.
