Loading ...Mike V, the well-known pro skateboarder, has lined up a punk band called Revolution Mother. I came across with Revolution Mother few days ago as I was watching videos of Mike V skateboarding. What’s my first impression? We’ve got the new Black Flag!
I know Mike V from skateboarding, but I never expected him to be in front of people and singing. I did consider him more like furious but quiet. A person who prefers to stay behind the scenes unless there’s a fight starting up 
Revolution Mother sounds pretty good. “I like”, as Borat says. I haven’t even seen a skateboard for years, but I’m still an enthusiast skier. Listening to Revolution Mother makes me feel like skiing the backcountries. Oh boy, and just guess what’s the best part in it? Afterski, booze and headbanging. What would be better than listening to Revolution Mother live after a good day of skiing?
Man, I hope these guys will come to Finland one day. I might have to wait few years, but anyhow, it would be awesome. Listen to Revolution Mother’s Abowe The Crowl in their website and you know why.

Excellent stuff! Reminds me of the headbanging days back in resort. Ripped jeans, a smelly hoody, and a pint - followed by some head banging to this type of music, reminds me of the rage!
